Casein is the most significant and powerful carcinogen known. Worrying about dioxins or PCBs only distracts you from the most common cancer causing compound nearly every American consumes in large quantities every day. In fact, all animal protein has been shown in rigorous, peer-reviewed, scientific studies to cause cancer. Yet, Milk protein is the worst cancer causing substance in our food supply.
Protein is an essential nutrient. But, when you eat too much (from animals) you get cancer. Protein intake not only causes cancer, but reducing your intake can reduce or reverse your cancer after you have developed it. Try not to think about it too much the next time you watch a mother giving cows milk to her young children instead of her breast milk.

In study after study rats eating milk at normal human levels were shown to die cancer 100% of the time. Meanwhile rats given 10% or less of their calories from this animal protien were shown to get cancer 0% of the time. What’s more, rats fed any amount of vegetable protien also got no cancer. Switching to vegetable protein was even shown to reverse cancer growth after a rat had been on the Milk diet for its entire life.
